• If your key does not activate, contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement key at no charge.
• If we cannot resolve the activation, we will issue a full refund.

How to request a refund or replacement

Email support@genukey.com with your order number (for example, GK-123456) and a short description of the issue. Most requests are resolved within 24 hours.

Exceptions

Because product keys are digital goods, we may decline a refund where a key has been successfully activated and is working as described, unless required otherwise by your local consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
